reinstall network adapter driver

Question

I'm running Vista and recently I started having frequent losses of internet connection.  I discovered that if I would disable and then re-enable the network driver, that it would work for a while.  I thought I should reinstall the driver, so I uninstalled it.  Now I can't figure out how to reinstall it.  I'm assuming that the driver that I need is part of Windows, but when I tried to use the Vista CD to install the driver, I couldn't find it in the list of drivers.

Go to your Laptop/Computer Manufacturer's website > Drivers and Downloads Section > Key in your Model number > Look for latest Vista Drivers for it > Download/install them.

Use the Computer you are using now if you have no Internet Connection with the other one > Download / Save the Drivers > Copy them to Flash Drive > Transfer / Install them on the other Computer/Laptop.

Hi

Try to install the latest drivers of the card from the support page of the  manufacturer.

Download the drivers and unpack them to a folder of your choice.

In the Device manger, right click on the adapter.

Click on Update Drivers, and choose the Browse my computer for drivers,

Choose let me pick from a list, Click on  Have a Disk and point to the folder with the Drivers.

hello i have a problem i did a recovery in my computer and now i dont have a network adapter no more what can i do to fix that problem
