Azure Functions runtime stack license or any cost associated

For using Azure functions, do we have to externally pay for azure runtime stack like openjdk license or if any cost associated while using java runtime stack?

Microsoft Azure handles all Azure Function related licensing by itself, so you do not need to care about additional cost for your runtime stack in Azure Function.
