Sorry for your experience with this issue.
I had a conversation with internal team and got to know that there was a similar issue reported a week ago and a hot fix was deployed to resolve the issue and others users have confirmed that it was resolved and were able to access the Add
button after clearing browser cache and refreshing it.
Please try below steps and let us know if the issue still persists.
- Please clear your browser cache and refresh/reload the browser and see if your were able to access
Add
button underManage
->Access Control
- Incase of Step 1 doesn’t resolve the issue, please give a try in Incognito mode and let us know how it goes.
