Hello Capt America,

I am getting the same message at boot up and also using Windows 7 64 bit, and when I try downloading I get the message Already Installed as Part of the Operating system.

Also (don't think it is related) my mouse is very slow to react to the scroll bars after boot up, but if I close the lid to my laptop and open it, I can then unlock it and everything works fine from that point.

While I attempted to load Windows 7, I too got the message about NET Framework, and still no one has helped, my printer will not work, I am desperate as I have to print two e-mails, sign and send back for a position I need badly.

Microsoft makes products and you can't get true help when you need it, always at their convience which only make me angry, wish I could just take Windows 7 off, but I can't find it to do it. Stuck between a rock and a hard place and dislike it.
