- May we know if you are using Windows 10 ADK version 2004? If not, please also upgrade it to Windows 10 ADK version 2004 and update the boot images with the option "Reload this boot image with the current Windows PE version from the Windows ADK." For more detailed steps, please refer to:
How to update Windows ADK 2004 on SCCM Server - As with all task sequence issues and troubleshooting, it's recommended to examine the smsts.log on the target system. Please refer to the following article to export the smsts.log to troubleshoot the task sequence error.
