What URL calls an HTTP Webhook Trigger?

I am trying to create a Power Automate Flow that is triggered from a webhook from another application (Categraph Asset Management) but when I start a Flow with the HTTP Webhook Trigger, all it gives me is a variable "listCallbackUrl()" that doesn't tell me what URL I need to pass to Cartegraph's webhook interface. I've been through documentation over and over again and I just don't see it.

(Tagged as Azure Logic Apps because I couldn't tag with anything that looked like Power Automate)
