Fix 'BOOTMGR is missing' without a CD

I get the BOOTMGR is missing error when starting up windows. I've looked and can't find a way to fix it without a Recovery CD or Installation DVD that works. I had Windows XP Pro on it before. Partitioned it down to 18GB with Ubuntu 8.10's GParted so i can install 7. Mounted the Windows 7 Enterprise 90-day Trial ISO in XP and installed 7. But when i got rid of the XP Partition and resized 7's partition. It started this. I cant burn a recovery cd because i have no CD Burner.

After hours, over days of trying to fix the "Missing BOOTMGR" error on my re-imaged HD using the manufactor's "recovery CD" and all the blog "Tips" I could find, Neosmart's repair disc did it in less than five minutes. OMG I wish I find this thread days earlier days! Thank You

You're stuck without a Repair CD or a CD burner. In you environment I consider a Repair CD an essential tool. You can download a it from here but you will still need to burn it to a CD: http://neosmart.net/blog/2009/windows-7-system-repair-discs/.
