The PPP.LOG should be located in C:\Windows\tracing. To access it, you may need to copy it and move it to the desktop and then double-click on it to open it with NotePad - it may open from where it is but I have my permissions so opened that I'm not sure what a normal system will do. It doesn't seem to be a hidden file and the folder doesn't seem hidden either, so you shouldn't have trouble there.

I was able to copy the log file after I enabled logging. Thank you.
Thank you. I did not know if it is the same procedure for Vista as it is for Windows XP. I was successful after I tried.
