Certification vaucher

Hi,

I received a voucher for taking one of the MS exams for free on Microsoft Ignite back in October 2020. Today I canceled the exam I scheduled (using that voucher) because I changed my mind about the exam which I'm planning to take, however, now I am unable to redeem the voucher again. Can someone assist please?
