Hi,

1. Which game are you trying to install?

2. Is it compatible with windows 7?

3. Did you try installing it on any other computer?

Such error messages may also be because of corrupt game software files/virus. Here is how you can use ncrc command line switch.

a. Click on start button, type cmd. In search result right-click oncmd.exe and select Run as administrator.

b. Type the path to the setup file of that game and then leave a space and type /ncrc.

For example: c:\game folder\setup.exe /ncrc

c. Press enter.

Please answer the above questions and provide more information about the issue. This will help us in assisting you better.

Thanks and Regards
