Failed to connect to the configuration database. Sharepoint 2019, Windows Server 2019, SQL Server 2019 NEW INSTALLATION

An exception of type Microsoft.SharePoint.Upgrade.SPUpgradeException was thrown. Additional exception information: One or more types failed to load. Please refer to the upgrade log for more details.

Have no idea what the problem is. Everything is new and all of the prerequisites seems to have been met.

THere is NO upgrade log that I can find that the error log refers to.

    Hi, @Evan Kontos ,

    First, do you install the prerequisites manually? If so, you may meeting the issue due to the WCF Data Services 5.6 Tools. For more detailed description and solution steps, please refer to this blog.

    And for more detailed error message, you can press press Windows Button + r, type eventvwr.exe and then from there head into windows protocols -> application. Check the event viewer for error logs.

    Also, by default the similar error message shall be like the pic below, is there a similar link I highlighted in the screenshot? That is the path to the log we can get more information of the error. Would you like to provide a screenshot of you error message window?
