Unable to merge achievements from 2 microsoft learn profiles

I have attempted at link 2 accounts I have, a personal account and another work account with different badges and trophies.

When attempting to link the 2 accounts I get the following 2 screens and it doesn't merge.

Is there another way to merege the achievements of these 2 accounts into the 1.

I am trying to link my work account into this account
