Speech Recognition for multiple users

I have trained the computer to my voice using my account.  For other users, do they just open their account and start the training for their own voice?

    You can setup multiple speech profiles in the same account or in a different account if you like.

    It references Windows Vista, but the same principles apply to Windows 7.
