My laptop crashed with vista on it. Bought windows 7 and installed. The orange light on the front of the laptop has not stopped blinking for a week. Went to start>allprograms>assessories>systemtools>Resourcemonitor. Cpu usage in the 90's for perfmon.exe What can I do to get cpu usage down, and get this light to stop blinking.  Thanks

    Hi,

make a xperf trace [1] to diagnostic the high CPU usage. Please upload the etl file to your SkyDrive [2] and post a link here.

I'll take a look at it.
