Hello. I would like to get answer on my question - can I use Windows IoT 10 Core as a desktop OS? I would like to create my own user-space and IoT Core fits pretty good for that. Also, I tested Minnowboard Max example, it's perfectly run on Ryzen 5 3600.
I finally found IoT Core EULA.
In 'Overview' section, the article A (Runtime Image) said:
The software includes the Windows 10 IoT Core software (the
“Runtime Image”) that runs on a device that has a CPU and internal storage and that
is not a general-purpose computer (the “Device”)
So, I cannot use Windows IoT Core as a general-purpose OS?

Windows 10 IoT Core is different from Windows 10 Desktop.

Why do you want to use Windows 10 IoT Core as general desktop? And do you mean create different users by means of "own user-space"?

I understand IoT isn't made for high-load systems or any other not-IoT things.
But I want to have my own Desktop Environment which based on Windows kernel and IoT Core provide me this option even with limitations.
By the term 'user-space' I meant a thing like user-space from Linux where users used one common kernel but everyone have their own set of applications.
I could try to do that with Linux but there's impossible fragmentation. Here I can use desktop Windows for development without jerk.
