I cannot see my exam score from Microsoft certification dashboard

I took MCSA 70-740 exam online on 14th Jan, 2021 but I was failed.
I want that score report to submit my company but I cannot see any option in Microsoft certification dashboard.
Could you please help on this ASAP?

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing
    your Microsoft Certification dashboard

    and if not found you can request help with profile linking / merge in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
