Error 1904 Module failed to register

I tried to install my Nikon software and got an error. I then tried going to Nikon.com and download I ing it from there and that ended with same result. The error I get is:

Error 1904/module C:\Program files\common files\muvee technologies\030625\muWriterNK.dll failed to register HRESULT-2147024770 Contact your support

If I plug my Nikon Camera into my computer, it doesn't even register it. What do I do?

    this is the error

    C:>winerror 1904

      1904 ERROR_ALREADY_WAITING <--> No NTSTATUS matched

    What did Nikon support suggest?
