Since the printer appears to be compatible with Windows 7, the problem rules out to the current driver that is installed.

To fix the issue, update the printer driver from the vendor's Web site. Follow their installation or update instructions.

I keep seeing that my computer needs troubleshooting done and when I do that it tries to install a driver called "Lexmark X422" but it won't install the driver, HELP PLEASE

You have shown the driver link for Lexmark Printer, not for Lexmark Imaging Device(Integrated Webcam). Pls review the following matter!

1. Product Name and Number:  HP Probook 4520s
2. Operating System installed:  Windows 7 64-bit

 3. Error message: This device cannot start. (Code 10)

4. Details: My Imaging device(HP integrated Webcam 2MP) is a make of Lexmark. In Device Manager, I found that Lexmark X422 driver is not updated. I tried to update it, showing already uodated. But the properties of Lexmark X422 showing the error message of "This device cannot start. (Code 10)" Due to this problem, I cannot start my HP integrated Webcam...Pls help with solution.

I have the same problem. Took out and reinstalled..same thing..web cam still not working..

I have the same problem.  None of your suggestions help.

I still get the troubleshooting message in Devices and Printers.

When I do the troubleshooting the driver cannot be found.

I also get Error 10.

I have redownloaded a driver through Lexmark but it didnt help.

What is the Lexmark driver used for?

I have my own printer - Brother - so it cant be that.
