- Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
We recommend you to run system file checker (sfc) scan and check the result. To do this, follow these steps:
a. Visit http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
b. Run the scan successfully.
c. Restart the computer for the changes to take effect and check the result.
