MOS master certification access code expired

Question

Hi!

I've taken and passed all of the four required exams for receiving the MOS Master certificate last September. However, I haven't accessed the Microsoft learning dashboard since then and when I tried to access my MOS Master certificate today, my access code was expired since 90 days passed since I took the first exam.
Can I receive a new access code so that I can access my MOS Master certificate?

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing
your Microsoft Certification dashboard
