MS Runtime error C++ __Path to file C:/P.....

I have the error after i launch the Ulead VideoStudio MS Runtime error C++ path to file C:/P....Okey then I try to launch Cyberlink PowerDirector 8 and then the program just shutdown without any error just shut down after 5 secs. So is any who can help me?

    If you have a 64 bit system.The download for the program is on the bottom of the page.(x86) Is for a 32 bit system.x64 is 64 bit.
