Problem reports and solutions

I am unable to receive any solutions through the Problem Reports and Solutions program in windows vista. I use windows one live care and have reinstalled it numerous times.  I ran the firewall cleanup tool and the antimalware cleanup tool.  The program indicates that the problem reports are sent, but I have never received a solution to anything.  Any help would be appreciated.  I have checked the firewall settings and they are set to allow this program. The OS is vista home premium 64 bit.

Hi DK64,

All Internet communication related to problem reports and solutions is handled by Windows Error Reporting, although the display of solution information in Problem Reports and Solutions uses a Web browser control.

If you’re not able to receive solutions automatically, then try to check for the solutions manually by opening Problem reports and solutions from the Control Panel.

If the above steps fail to resolve the issue, try running a system file checker to see if that fixes the problem.
