Just got a new computer with windows 7 and was having some trouble with itunes being frozen and not closing.  So I ctrl+alt+deleted to get to the task manager and in the process of ending itunes and some other programs I accidently ended the program running my taskbar.  Now I have no task bar on my screen, cannot pull up the start menu, and cannot even get to my computer.

Someone please tell me how to get the taskbar running again.
