LimeWire

Question

I wanted to download Lime Wire , I have Vista and McAfee security on my computer .

When I download Lime Wire everything works fine untill the screen comes up where you will be saving your lime wire files , click next and the progress bar starts then the program just shuts down from installing . No wanring sign or fire wall blocking it . Nothing ..

does anyone know why ? thanks for your help .

Thank you for posting on the Microsoft Answers forum.

As Malkeleah stated, since you are having problems installing LimeWire I would also suggest you post in the LimeWire forums.

You didnt' state what version of LimeWire you are trying to install and having it stop. The experts at LimeWire are more familiar with their product

and problems that users are having when they install.

Thanks Marilyn , I finally gave up on Lime Wire , I didn't write them . b/c unless I pay for the subscription there is no way of contacting anyone , So since they have it set up that specific way making it hard for me to get an answer , I went with another program .

I do appreciate your input .
