This is the error message that I get whenever my computer starts up. Using Windows 7 Home 32bit. Uninstalled a program I recently installed but issue still there. I have no idea what this is or how to fix it. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

i also get this error, started recently and dont know how to fix it or what it is. i downloaded the vista service pack 2 and still having troubles. how do you fix this? i gave permission to all my users to have full access but still experiencing this problem everytime i open the internet explorer or firefox. i have vista. please help as this is driving me crazy and interferes with my internet and cant search anything.

I get another runtime error as well, it says roaming but does not have the AppData part and the numbers and letters at the end are different.
