I had to do a system recovery on my computer and seem to have lost my picture it 9.  It is a photo program.  The error message is pi.exe application error.

I think I have the original disk that came with my computer.  I believe it was on this disk.  I would appreciate any help you could give me.  It might not be on the disk and I would love to be able to use this program.

Just to verify...do you mean a full 'System Recovery' like it

was when you first booted it up when it was new? Or do you

mean 'System Restore' which allows you to go back a few

days to try and undo a few mistakes.

I'm guessing PI9 was included in your OEM software package?

If you have the disk...try reinstalling it. If you do not have the

disk and if it was not included in the System Recovery...you'll

have to purchase the program retail and since it has been

discontinued for several years your best bet would be online

    sites like eBay or Amazon.

There is a 60 day trial version of MS Digital Image Suite 2006

that can be downloaded and installed but after the trial...it

quits working. (it is discontinued also but at least you could

use it for a couple of months)
