How can I get a document to open on top?  When I click on a file in the library it always opens in the background and the icon on the task bar is flashing to show me that it has been opened, but it is behind everything on the desktop.  When I click on a document to open it and I have other documents open, I want it on top.  Can this be done?

Thanks,

Michelle

I think I can be more specific.  When I have another program open such as Firefox or Thunderbird, and I click on a Word, Excel, etc. document from the library, I want it to open up so I can see it.  Instead, it opens up, but not on top.  The Word, Excel, etc. icon on the task bar is flashing and I have to roll my mouse over the icon and find the preview of the document and click it to open it.  I want it to open on top!!
