a. Are you using GUI MFC Application?
b. Since when are you facing this issue?
c. Have you installed any application prior to this issue?
Let’s check in Device Manager to check which device is failing to load driver.
a. Open Device Manager by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Maintenance, and then clicking Device Manager.
b. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
C. On the Device Manager window, check if you see any yellow exclamation mark in front of nay device.
d. If you find, then you will have to update the device.
However, to find which application is causing the issue on startup put the computer in a Clean Boot and check for the issue.
Below are the steps to put the computer in a Clean Boot State:

Click Start, type msconfig in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.<br><br><br> If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Continue.<br><br><br>2. Click the Services tab, click to select the Hide All Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable All.<br><br><br>5. Click OK.<br><br><br>6. When you are prompted, click Restart.<br><br><br>7.
