This pops up whenever I boot up my laptop, What is it and how do I fix it?

Hi,

Adding to Palcouk’s suggestion, you may also try these:

If it is popping up on start-up, you may perform clean boot.

In Clean Boot, windows use a minimal set of services and startup programs so that software conflict is eliminated. To put the computer in clean boot state follow the steps in the article “How to perform Clean Boot”http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

    Its a file associated with NetFramework, do you have any failed security updates?
