Hi,

Let`s try to setup the Program Guide by removing the current settings. But before that, check to see if the system date and time is correct.

**Step 1:**We need to unhide hidden files for this.

a)      Click Start and then Computer.

b)      Click Organize and then Folder and search options.

c)      Click the  View tab and select Show hidden files, folders and drives.

d)      Click OK.

**Note:**Make sure you unhide the files once the troubleshooting is completed.

**Step 2:**To remove the current settings:

a)      Press key combination  Win+R , type C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Ehome\EPG and press Enter.

b)      Delete all Files (not folders) in this directory.

**c)**Next open  C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\EPG\Prefs. Delete the file in this folder.

d)      Next open  C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Ehome\TraceHelper. Delete all the files in this folder.

e)      Open Media Center and setup the guide again.
