how do i fix application has generated an exception that could not be handled, process id=0xbe8(3048) thread id=0xa4 (164) it pops up whenever i am trying to download pictures off of my camera. I have no idea what to do.

how do i fix this problem.  everytime i go to download pictures off my camera a thing pops up that says:

application has generated an exception that could not be handled.  process id=0xbe8 (3048) thread id=0xa4 (164)

i don't know what to do?

    Uninstall/reinstall the camera software or use a USB card reader to manage your pictures instead of connecting the camera to the computer. You put the camera's memory card in the USB reader instead. You can get a card reader at any store like Target, office or computer supply stores. They are quite inexpensive.
