Just 2 weeks ago I could get live help.  What has happened?  I have lost all of my photos after organizing them.  I have updated norton, and defender.  Restore will not work and answers to above ref. error code.

I need help and soon.

    Hi Dewey,

    Ø Is oxc00002 the correct error code?

    Ø What changes have you done on the computer?

    Ø What happens when you run system restore?

    Ø Also, what’s wrong with the live help?

    There is no reference to the error code provided by you. About the photos that you lost, you may use a third party recovery tool that can retrieve the photos from the hard disk.

    Before I can suggest you anything, please reply to the above queries so that we can investigate the issue further.
