Ok, i cant find my id code, its different to the one on my computer, how do i retreive the id code from my disc ?

    Then contact Dell and see if they can provide it / replace it

    yes, its oem supplied with del laptop

    You cannot retreive from disk (I assume you refer to the key)

    Do I assume its an oem version origonally supplied with the PC?
