Offline files enabled, missing "Always available offline" on network folders

Running Win7 Pro.  Using offline files successfully today. Only problem is I would like to make additional network folders available offline.  If I right click on any network folder or file, the "Always available offline" is not.  On folders already enabled for offline synch, also not able to disable offline sync.

I've toyed with the problem for the last month.. no luck

    Hi yodlr,

    Welcome to Microsoft Answers!

Firstly, you can try to resolve the sync conflicts

       1. Open Sync Center by clicking the Start button, clicking All Programs, clicking Accessories, and then clicking Sync Center.

       2. In the left pane of Sync Center, click View sync conflicts.

       3. Select one or more conflicts, and then click Resolve.

The Conflict Resolution dialog box opens, where you can resolve each conflict one at a time or resolve multiple conflicts simultaneously.
