Hi DblD,

The dll file you have mentioned is related to printer device. We receive this error message if some dll files are missing or corrupt during the installation of the software or program. To narrow down on the issue try the below methods:

1.      You may try booting the computer in clean boot to check if issue still persists. To help troubleshoot error messages and other issues, you can start Windows 7 by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This kind of startup is known as a "clean boot." A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

Steps to perform clean boot and check if you have the issue.

i.                    Click Start, type msconfig in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.

ii.                  If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Continue.

iii.                 On the General tab, click Selective Startup.

iv.                 Under Selective Startup, click to clear the Load Startup Items check box.

v.                   Click the Services tab, click to select the Hide All Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable All.

vi.                 Click OK.

vii.               When you are prompted, click Restart.

viii.             After the computer starts, check whether the problem is resolved.

If the issue is resolved check which third party is causing the problem, referring the link given below: **http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135**

Reset the computer to start as usual

After you have finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:

i.                    Click Start, type msconfig.exe in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.

ii.                  If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click Continue.

iii.                On the General tab, click the Normal Startup option, and then click OK.

iv.                When you are prompted to restart the computer, click Restart.

2.      Uninstall the printer software.  If you are installing it through CD/DVD, I would suggest you to copy the content of the CD/DVD on to the desktop and then try to install it.

If you are installing, by downloading it from internet then download a fresh copy of the software and install it.

Steps to uninstall from program and features:

i.                    Click on Start

ii.                  Select Control panel

iii.                Choose Program and features

iv.                 Select the printer program and uninstall it.
