With the computer turned on and the USB receiver plugged in remove the battery from the mouse then put the battery back. It is really just this simple.
Wireless Mouse 2000 scrolling issue
I recently bought the Wireless Keyboard 1000 which comes with the Wireless Mouse 2000. The scroll function does not work the same as the wired optical mouse it replaced. When I try to scroll with this mouse the scroll bar does not move smoothly but in a quirky jerky fashion. I tried to change the mouse scroll settings with no effect. Can some one help me out with this problem?

2011-06-14T10:40:12+00:00 Temp fix only......not a fix if you have to pull the batteries out all the time. It does fix it, but when I reboot the problem returns. This is a replacement mouse for the one that I returned with same problem. Microsoft needs to get on top of this!
