runtime error dllhost.exe " This application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way "

I am getting this error everytime I startup windows media player. Win7 32bit. I have tried the sfc/scannow and it found nothing. I have also tried creating a new user account and it did the same thing. Any clue as to what this problem is?

Hi,

the DLL AxMJPGDec.dll is the cause. Update it or remove this program.
