Jim,
Have you attempted to maximize Minesweeper by clicking on the Maximize button next to Close button? If not, try that and then let us know if it is still not going full screen.

I cannot get Minesweeper to maximize to full screen. When I first purchased my new computer Minesweeper would run full screen. After I used the easy transfer cable to get my data from my old computer it will no longer run full screen. I have tried turning it off and then turning it back on in turning on or off under programs and features, restarting my computer after each step. Does anyone know how to get it to run full screen again.
Thanks, Jim

Jim,
You are stupid.
Thanks,

Wow they took your issue a little too seriously, looking at the new minesweeper in the microsoft store. It can't *not* maximize, or stop asking about a microsoft account.
I have already tried this to no avail. I am looking for another solution.
Jim,
Try going into the Control Panel, Programs & Features, Uninstall a Program. On the left hand side of the windows click on Turn Windows Features On or Off. Uncheck the box next to Games and click Ok. You don't have to reboot but I would. Then repeat the steps and re-check the box. This will essentially uninstall the games and reinstall them. Hopefully this will correct whatever is preventing you from being able to maximizing the Minesweaper window.
