1 Just had a look at the stability index chart in vista home premium.

2 The last entry was on 7/3/2008 (over one year ago)

3 I have ensured that RACAgent is enabled.

4 Would appreciate any ideas as to why this has stopped recording information.

Thanks

This is part of the Reliability Monitor which runs as a scheduled task - lets take a look at the task in the Task Scheduler

To do so:

-Click the Start Orb and type Task in the search bar

-Click the Task Scheduler Icon that appears

-Click continue if prompted by UAC

-Click the + next to the Task Scheduler Library and drill down to Microsoft, Windows and select RAC

-Right Click on the RAC Folder and goto View --> Show Hidden Tasks

-After Hidden tasks are checked you should see the RACAgent task in the main Window

Please Verify the status of the RACAgent, if it is disabled right click it and enable it

You will also want to verify that the Windows Event Log and Performance Logs & Alerts Services are Enabled in the Service & Applications section of Computer Management

To access this section perform the following:

-Click the Start Orb and type Manage in the search bar

-Click the Computer Management Icon that appears

-Click continue if prompted by UAC

-Click the + next to Services and Applications and highligh Services

-Locate the above services and verifiy that they are not disabled (to enable right click, properties and change startup type)

Let us know of your findings, thanks
