Original title: Windows Installer error Message

Error Message says:  Windows Installer

This patch package could not be opened.  Verify that the patch package exists and that you can access it or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer patch package.

I'm trying to install Adobe Reader and when I do it downloads until it's ready to be install and then I get the Error message

    Hi,

    1. From which website did you download the adobe reader?
    2. Which version of adobe reader are you using?

    **Step 1:**Uninstall the older version of adobe installed on your computer and then, check of the issue.
