When initiating my software the initial window that displays is too long vertically for my laptop screen.  Horizontally it is fine.  However, the window has info at teh bottom of it that I can not see.  I have my taskbar on Autohide to create more display space, but this is still not enough.  I have my screen resolution to the maximum size also.  Finally, there are no resize capabilities on the software window.  No horizontal, vertical, or diagonaly ability to resize.  Also, the maximize button is not activated.  This is a reputable vendor (East Tec).  I want to make sure I am not missing some setting or change I should make in W7 before asking the vendor for help.
