DLL_.ini file / binary table?

i get a message that pops up and says. failed to extract file DLL_.ini from binary table.

hi manasa, thanks for the response on my issue. i dont have to be doing anything it just pops up when it wants to.so do you think the link you sent might help me from this message to stop? it dont seem to effect the running of any programs. and im not sure what the binary table is? again thank yo for your help

2. What exactly are you trying to accomplish?
