Would it be possible to Rename USERS to DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS after deleting those Junction folders ? What registry changes would I need to make for the system to use the old or renamed folder for accounts ?

In other words, what is the real reason Win7 made Junctions instead of using the old names ?
