No. You need to contact the Mystery Company about their vhd and any problems with their demo.

may be your' right
pardon me for that
theres a company that sells a software
I want to try that sofware. But I dont want to read all the installation and configuration documentation. I just want to try the software.
So that company distributes a vhd that has that software on it. other details are nonessential.
But to be clear I will explain
the sofware I want to try needs RDMS(=SQL Server 2005)
My host machine is Win2008r2 (=Windows Server 2008 R2)
ERP is kind of software developed to control enterprises work. ERP=Enterprise Resource Planning
but again I dont think all thease details are usefull
I want to know If I can trick the guest OS to work properly by changing the system time or BIOS time

You still aren't being clear about where you got this package and what you're attempting to do. I'm guessing that you've downloaded a vm preconfigured with some company's specialized software as a demo. If this is the case, then you need to contact the Mystery Company for help with their product/demo. Each instance of a Windows operating system needs its own Product Key and needs to be activated. It sounds like whoever created the vm didn't do this.
As I said, this is just a guess. I have no idea what "ERP", "RDBMS", and "2008r2" is supposed to mean.

Thanks for your attention
this is trial XP and this message is from XP.
when saying "preconfigured software system" I mean that everything that is needed to use the ERP is installed and configured and ready to be used(this includes installing RDBMS , creating DB, installing software, creating accounts, entering initial data, configuring software)
am I supposed to buy XP license just to take alook at this demo soft
using licensed soft is good and my 2008r2 is licensed but I dont want to spend money for something that should be free and as I understand demo is supposed to be free
now I want to know how XP determines that trial period is finished?
should I change BIOS time?
what time should I set it to?

From where did you download this vhd? The message possibly refers to a trial of XP and not of Virtual PC which is free, or perhaps the "preconfigured software system" whatever that means. More details will enable me to help you more specifically.
