The actual error message is: Can't create output file: c:\epson\epson12308_printer_driver_65ba|SETUP\DEVICEOP.EXE
Printer Driver
I was on the phone with Epson support downloading the driver to run one on their printer on my PC when the following error came up:c:\epson\epson12308_printer_driver_65ba|setup\deviceop.exe
At this point the Epson tech. siad that we can no longer proceed and that I needed to contact Microsoft because it was a Windows problem.
A little background. I recently had my hard drive reformatted due to a virus. Since I could not find the printer driver disk, I ended up calling Epson, but the printer worked on this computer.
Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
Sincerely, Rey Gamboa
