Exportable keys in web enrollment

Hello. Not so far ago I have reached a strange bug. When I'm trying to request a certificate through web enrollment pages the checkbox 'Mark keys as exportable' is grayed out. At the time the template allows to export keys. IE11 + Win10. Is there any issue?

    Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to request certificates with exportable keys. Sometimes, if your user account doesn't have the right permissions, certain options might be disabled.
