I am trying to install print shop deluxe v21 which tries to install microsoft .NET Framework v1.1 onto my new computer but an error window comes up stating that it is not compatible and that I need to go online to get the fix but the fix was a .net framework SP1 that won't install on this computer either. Is this software just not compatible with Vista?

Thank you for using Vista Support forum,
After a little research on the internet, I find that Print Shop 21 might not compatible with Vista. It support XP, Me and 2000 platform. However, you might want to contact Broderbund to make sure or obtain update for the software.
