Hi,

  1. When exactly do you get the Blue screen?
  2. Was it working fine earlier?

If it was working fine you may perform System Restore to an earlier point of time when everything was working fine else load BIOS [Basic Input Output System] defaults.

Step 1:

System Restore:

Before you start System Restore, save any open files and close all programs. Once you confirm your restore point, System Restore restarts your computer.

To open System Restore, follow the steps below:

a. Open System Restore by clicking the Start button. In the search box, type System Restore, and then, in the list of results, click System Restore.‍

b. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

Access the link below to know more about System Restore:

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/System-Restore-frequently-asked-questions

**Step 2:**If you are using the computer for the first time, then I suggest you to load BIOS defaults.

BIOS DISCLAIMER:

Modifying BIOS/ complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) settings incorrectly can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from booting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the configuring of BIOS/CMOS settings can e solved. Modifications of the settings are at your own risk.

Also make sure you update the all drivers like chipset, network card and sound card.
