Hi,
You are opening a file that is in binary with NotePad. Check your Shortcut - Right Click it - Properties
- Shortcut tabĀ - Target line and make sure nothing is after the notepad.exe .
If you click on a file type and it opens in notepad then you need to un-associate that file type with
notepad.
