I am trying to view my work computer, running Windows XP, from my personal computer, running Windows 7. Both are in the same room, connected to the internet, and connected via router. I am able to view files and whatnot through my network but cannot get RDC to work. I type in the computer name and then click connect. I instantly get an error message stating "Your Remote Desktop session has ended, possibly from one of the following reasons: The administrator has ended the session, an error occurred while the connection was being established, a network problem occurred."
I've tried everything I could think of, even calling Microsoft and HP, but they want lots of money. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give.

Have you enabled Remote Desktop on your XP Machine?
